My Philosophy
is
one of integrative holistic health and wellness. Our
emphasis is on working with each individual to develop a
personal wellness program. Our goal is to get you
implementing and maintaining, not just planning,
a healthy lifestyle. Our programs teach, assist and
support you to improve and maintain a lifestyle that
promotes, enhances and sustains your physical, mental,
emotional and spiritual well-being everyday.
My specialty is Women's Holistic Health and Wellness.
Women's roles are numerous and diverse. Our health
issues and emotional needs change through each stage of
our life. We often neglect our own health and self-care
while caring for others and meeting our daily
responsibilities. Though we know intellectually that we
must care for ourselves before we can care for others
and meet daily demands, we still put our own self-care
at the bottom of our to-do list. We must give ourselves
permission to make our own health and well-being
important. Still we often need encouragement and support
in allowing ourselves to take time for our own
self-care.
Women's needs
also include the health and well-being of the whole
family. Though our programs are geared towards women,
programs can be adapted to suit the needs of men and
children as well.
